一、大連模具加工制造工藝流程如下:
審(shen)圖(tu)—備料—加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)—模(mo)架加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)—模(mo)芯加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)—電極加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)—模(mo)具零(ling)件加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)—檢驗—裝配—飛(fei)模(mo)—試模(mo)—生產。
二、模架加工細節
(1)打編(bian)號要(yao)(yao)統一,模芯也(ye)要(yao)(yao)打上編(bian)號,應(ying)與模架上編(bian)號一致(zhi)并且方(fang)向一致(zhi),裝配(pei)時(shi)對準即可不易出錯。
(2)A/B板(ban)加(jia)工(即(ji)動定(ding)模框(kuang)加(jia)工)
A/B板加工應保證模(mo)框(kuang)的(de)平行度和垂直(zhi)度為0.02mm
銑(xian)床加工(gong):螺(luo)絲孔(kong),運水孔(kong),頂針孔(kong),機咀孔(kong),倒角
鉗工加工:攻牙(ya),修毛邊
(3)面板加(jia)工(gong):銑(xian)床加(jia)工(gong)鏜(tang)機咀(ju)孔或加(jia)工(gong)料嘴孔。
(4)頂(ding)(ding)針固(gu)定(ding)板加(jia)工:銑(xian)床加(jia)工:頂(ding)(ding)針板與B板用(yong)回針連結,B板面向上,由上而下鉆(zhan)(zhan)頂(ding)(ding)針孔,頂(ding)(ding)針沉頭需把頂(ding)(ding)針板反(fan)過來底部向上,校正,先(xian)用(yong)鉆(zhan)(zhan)頭粗加(jia)工,再用(yong)銑(xian)刀精加(jia)工到位,倒角。
(5)底板(ban)(ban)加工(gong):銑床加工(gong):劃線,校(xiao)正(zheng),鏜(tang)孔,倒角。(注(zhu):有些模具需強拉強頂(ding)的要(yao)加做強拉強頂(ding)機構,如在頂(ding)針板(ban)(ban)上加鉆螺絲孔)
三、模芯加工細節
粗加工飛六邊(bian):在銑床上加工,保證垂直度和平行度,留磨余(yu)量1.2mm
粗磨:大(da)水磨加工,先(xian)磨大(da)面,用批(pi)司夾緊(jin)磨小(xiao)面,保證垂直(zhi)度和平行(xing)度在0.05mm,留余量雙(shuang)邊(bian)0.6-0.8mm
銑(xian)床加工:先(xian)將銑(xian)床機頭校正(zheng),保(bao)證在0.02mm之內,校正(zheng)壓緊工件,先(xian)加工螺絲孔(kong),頂針孔(kong),穿絲孔(kong),鑲針沉頭開粗,機咀或料(liao)咀孔(kong),分流錐孔(kong)倒(dao)角(jiao)再(zai)做運水(shui)孔(kong),銑(xian)R角(jiao)
鉗工(gong)加工(gong):攻牙,打字(zi)碼
CNC粗加工
發外熱處理HRC48-52
精(jing)磨;大水磨加工至比模框負0.04mm,保證(zheng)平行度和(he)垂(chui)直(zhi)度在0.02mm之(zhi)內
CNC精加工
電火花加工
省模(mo),保證光潔度,控制好型腔(qiang)尺寸
加(jia)工進澆口(kou),排氣,鋅合(he)金一(yi)般情況下澆口(kou)開0.3-0.5mm,排氣開0.06-0.1mm,鋁合(he)金澆口(kou)開0.5-1.2mm排氣開0.1-0.2,塑膠排氣開0.01-0.02,盡量寬(kuan)一(yi)點,薄一(yi)點。
